The aim of the parochial charities is to relieve poverty in Hackney. We do this by giving grants to individuals who live in Hackney or for projects that are based in Hackney or that will benefit people in the borough.
We welcome applications from individuals or organisations. Please see the map to find out if you are within the areas of benefit of the three grant-making charities, Hackney Parochial Charities, South Hackney Parochial Charity and West Hackney Parochial Charity.
The Hackney Joint Estate Charity maintains and develops properties in order to raise funds for the three parochial charities, but Hackney Joint Estate Charity itself does not make grants.
