Individual applications must always be made through a third party supporting agency such as a church, social worker, key worker, NHS, Hackney Council, employer, housing provider, GP surgery, or the East End Citizens Advice Bureau; details of whom need to be added to the online form; unless you are a nurse or midwife, or trainee nurse or midwife, applying for an individual grant, in which case a professional reference letter from your employer would act as your third party support, and you would also need to add their information to the online form.
Individuals must provide evidence of their postal address, such as a copy of a utility bill, statement, tenancy or license agreement. You will be asked to upload a scanned copy of these documents on the application form or you can email them to us separately.
